These Terms of Use, together with the privacy policy available at www.Snaprecordings.com/privacy ("Privacy Policy") and the rules, policies, terms, and conditions set forth in, referred to and/or linked herein, all of which are incorporated herein by reference, are, collectively, the "Agreement". 

This Agreement constitutes a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Voicewalk, Inc. ("Snap Recordings" or "us"). This Agreement governs your use of our services and platform located at www.Snaprecordings.com, as it may be modified, relocated and/or redirected from time to time (the "Site. Our services, platform and Site are collectively referred to as the "Snap Recordings Platform".

By using the Snap Recordings Platform or any portions thereof, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and any future amendments and additions to this Agreement as we may publish from time to time. Please read this Agreement carefully.

SECURITY

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Snap Recordings is concerned with keeping the information you submit to us secure and private. For more information about Privacy see our Privacy Policy- https://www.snaprecordings.com/privacy-policy. We want to provide you with a fast and easy purchase process. We can accept credit card payments and provide you with the safety and comfort you demand when ordering on the Internet. Snap Recordings offers you the advantage of placing your order online using secure servers and encryption. Your purchases, credit card information, and personal data are encrypted and secured through a link to our commerce server. During the completion of your order, you will be linked from our web pages to customized screens on our secure server. Your information is encrypted during its trip across the Internet to prohibit viewing by a third party.

 UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION

As a customer of Snap Recordings, you may alter your customer information or opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners at any time. We have the following options for changing and modifying your customer information.

SENDING EMAILS

We use emails to communicate with you, to confirm your placed orders, and to send information that you have requested. We also provide email links, to allow you to contact us directly for any purpose, including modifying or cancelling an order or a plan. We strive to promptly reply to your messages.

The information you send to us may be stored and used to improve this site and our products, or it may be reviewed and discarded. However, your information will only be shared with third parties with your explicit permission.

USE AND OWNERSHIP OF RECORDINGS

Any recording made with the Snap Recording technology is solely for the use in your phone service. Under no circumstances may the recording, or any parts thereof, be used for any commercial purpose other than in your telephony system. Snap Recordings maintains ownership in the recordings and grants a license for use in your phone system. All other use is prohibited.

Snap Recordings grants a license to use music along with recordings. Upon termination of such a subscription plan, the music license will be revoked, unless otherwise provided for in your plan. If you cancel your plan, all music and or messages containing music will need to be removed from your telephony system by the end of your active subscription term. Any further use of the music elements of the recordings is prohibited.

 

STORAGE OF RECORDINGS

While Snap Recordings will retain a copy of your recordings for at least 30 days after your plan ends, it is imperative that you maintain a copy of your recordings if you intend to access them after your plan ends. Snap will not be responsible to restore recordings that are deleted or missing.

PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY

As stated previously in this policy, we will not share your personal information except with a third party to assist us in the processing or securing of your personal information or when we are required by law unless we have given you notice and choice, in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, or we must comply with a legal process served on our web site. We may also need to give out your information if one of our partners requires it, but these situations are rare.

COMMERCIAL CONSIDERATIONS

Service Terms and Pricing

Our service terms and pricing are detailed on our website and subject to change at our discretion.  Subscription details, including features and pricing, are clearly displayed for online purchases, allowing customers to select the plan that best fits their needs.

Subscription Management and Renewals

Subscriptions purchased online may be paid either monthly or yearly and are set to auto-renew at the end of each subscription period. Subscribers can manage their plans through their online account, with the ability to cancel or adjust their subscription at any time before the renewal date.

For offline or manually invoiced subscriptions, arrangements are made directly with our sales team and may include additional negotiated services. These subscriptions also auto-renew, and we require a written notice of cancellation or any significant modifications at least 30 days prior to the renewal date to process changes appropriately.

One-Time Purchases

Transactions for one-time purchases, such as professional voiceover recordings acquired through our pay-as-you-go service or using pre-paid word credits, adhere to the pricing and terms specified at the point of sale.

Service Delivery

We are committed to delivering services promptly. Please note that rush fees and other specific charges may apply as detailed on our site.

Payment Compliance

Timely payment of subscription fees is essential. Subscribers must adhere to the financial terms outlined in their contracts. Non-compliance may result in penalties such as service restrictions or termination of the subscription.

USE OF CLIENT'S NAME AND TRADEMARK

 If you are a corporation or other type of business, Snap Recordings reserves the right to use your name and Trademark in our marketing materials. Other than identifying you as our customer, no other information will be shared or made available to the public.

CHANGES IN OUR PRACTICES

If we make material changes to our information handling practices or other privacy aspects, we will post those changes on this privacy statement, at least 30 days prior to their implementation or notify you directly via email. Minor changes will be immediately effective upon reposting to this privacy policy on the Snap Recordings Software Web site - www.snaprecordings.com.

SERVICE PROVIDER

We use a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. Snap Recordings is not responsible for this company’s treatment of your personal information.

CONTEST

From time-to-time, our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user, therefore, has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level – you must be 18 or above to enter). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PERSONAL INFORMATION IF I TERMINATE MY SNAP RECORDINGS ACCOUNT?

When Your Snap Recordings account is canceled (either voluntarily or involuntarily) all of your personally identifiable information is placed in "deactivated" status on our relevant Snap Recordings databases. However, you should know that deactivation of your account does not mean your personally identifiable information has been deleted from our database entirely. We will retain and use your personally identifiable information if necessary, in order to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. 

RETURN POLICIES AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEES

All audio productions including but not limited to Voice Productions and Message-On-Hold programs may not be returned for a refund. Audio production orders may not be canceled after they have been forwarded to production. If a recording is produced inaccurately due to an error by Snap Recordings, it will be re-produced.

At times, Snap Recordings will need to contact you to verify details of the voiceover content and instructions e.g. pronunciation. If we do not receive a timely response from you, we may not be able to abide by the promised delivery times. Any changes requested after checking out may incur additional charges and an extension of an audio production's delivery time. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the script or lack of specific pronunciation notes.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you. In no event, we will be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or like damages.
