HOW DO I ORDER PROFESSIONAL RECORDINGS?
1. Sign up for a free account.
2. Log in and click “Start a New Project.”
3. Choose a voice talent, select the type of messages you want to create, and enter your scripts.
4. Review your message, select add-ons, and pay securely online.
5. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with a link to a review page where you can download the audio files.
HOW MUCH DO PROFESSIONAL VOICE RECORDINGS COST?
Greetings, Announcements, Voicemails, Voice-Prompts:
$80 per 100 words (based on a project's total word count)
Add Background Music:
For Phone System: $35
For Contact Center: $50
*All On Hold Messages include one hundred words, one voice-over talent, and one music track.
For Phone System: Starts at $150*
For Contact Center: Starts at $220*
Each Additional 100 words: $60
*On-Hold Message rates vary based on the type of telephony system you have, and the number of users or agents you have in your telephony system.
Rush Delivery: $80 for the first 100 words and $40 for every 100 words thereafter
Proofreading: $25 per 100 words.
WHY DO ON-HOLD MESSAGES COST MORE FOR CONTACT CENTERS COMPARED WITH ON-HOLD MESSAGES FOR PHONE SYSTEMS?
Rates for music licensing is based on the size of the audience that will be exposed to your music. Contact Centers have significantly higher call volume and have a higher utilization rate per user/agent in comparison to Phone Systems users.
WHY DO YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW MANY USERS ARE IN MY PHONE SYSTEM OR CONTACT CENTER ON-HOLD MESSAGES & IF I INCLUDE MUSIC ON MY GREETINGS & PROMPTS?
The price of a Music License is based on the size of your audience, which is estimated by the total number of users in your phone system or contact center.
WHAT IS A “USER” AND HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY I HAVE?
Cloud Phone System:
Any personnel with a phone line is considered a user.
*Contact us if you have a cloud phone system with no user extensions or need assistance building your plan!
On-Premise Phone Systems:
If you have physical locations with on-site phones - you can substitute "users" for the total number of phones.
Any Contact Center or Call Center agent is considered a user.
HOW SHOULD I EXPECT NUMBERS TO BE READ IN MY GREETING?
Numbers are read individually unless requested otherwise in the order notes.
Example: 123 is read as one-two-three.
Alternatively, you can write one-hundred twenty-three, or one-twenty-three in your script or in the notes.
CHANGES & REVISIONS TO AN ORDER
If you would like to revise your order, please contact support.
Please include your Order ID and tell us which messages you would like to change.
Please Note: Any changes to an order after checkout that require re-recording will incur a fee.

Messages without music:
Changes to scripts and re-records start at $50 for 15 words (about one sentence).
Additional changes within the same order are $15 per each additional message you are updating with a limit of up to 15 words.
If the requested changes exceed 15 words in a message, it will not be considered a message update a new order must be submitted
Editing-Only Change Request (no re-records): $30 for the first message, and $10 for each additional message.
Messages with music:
Any changes to the script or re-record requests require a new order must be submitted.
Important: If you require changes to any message over 30 days after purchase, a new order must be submitted.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED AN EDITING REQUEST?
An editing request covers any change that does not require the voice talent to submit a new recording, besides changing music.

CAN YOU PROOFREAD MY MESSAGES?
Proofreading is an add-on that can be selected during the checkout process. We will review your scripts, modify punctuation, correct grammar, and misspelled words. There will not be any changes made to your scripts apart from correcting typos and grammatical errors. Our team will notify you if a sentence needs a more significant change.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY COMPLETED PROJECT?
Standard delivery is 3 to 4 business days. Rush delivery is available as an add-on during the checkout process and takes 1 to 2 business days.

I NEED SPANISH & FRENCH RECORDINGS.
Snap Recordings has over 150 in-house industry-leading voice talents available to record in English, Spanish, and French which can be ordered through our website.
Please Note: You are required to submit scripts in the language the voice talent speaks and you are responsible for providing accurate translations. Voice talents record messages “as-is.”
Visit our Voice Talent Library and scroll down to each Language section to listen to samples. For the North American market, we recommend selecting a “Latin Spanish” voice talent. We also offer Castilian Spanish for European markets and Rioplatense for Argentina and Uruguay. If you require Bilingual messages, please select talent from our Bilingual section.
CAN YOU TRANSLATE MY SCRIPTS INTO OTHER LANGUAGES?
Yes, we offer translation for customers ordering voice messages. However, this service is not available for self-checkout on our website. Please contact Customer Service to learn more.
DO YOU OFFER RECORDINGS IN OTHER LANGUAGES?

For companies that require phone messages recorded in other languages, Snap Recordings offers international voices and production services through our partner network. We work with independent professional voice talent and agency partners across the globe and manage the entire recording and production process, including:

- Linguist review of all recordings for quality assurance

HOW DO I USE MY RECORDING FOR MY VOICEMAIL MESSAGE?
We recommend contacting your phone provider before purchasing a recording to ensure you will be able to upload the message to your phone system. Most VOIP phone systems will allow you to upload your messages through their online portal.
THE END OF MY RECORDING IS CUT OFF.
Please check if your audio player defaults to crossfading between songs. This may cause your phone message to fade out.
I DON'T SEE THE CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICES ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT.
Charges on your credit card will appear from "Voicewalk," rather than "Snap Recordings." Please contact us if you have any issues regarding charges.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE RECORDING?
We guarantee that the voice talent you’ve selected for your order will match their sample on our website. If there are any issues with your recording, please contact our support department.
I DON’T SEE THE VOICE TALENT I USED ON MY LAST ORDER.
Occasionally a voice talent may be temporarily unavailable for reasons such as vacations, sick time, or they may be permanently unavailable. Please contact support for more information on the voice talent you are interested in.
HOW DO I SAVE MY MESSAGES?
Don’t worry! All of the messages you enter on our site are automatically saved and easily accessible from your online portal.
