When you depend on donations to operate, communication is key. So, if you had someone’s undivided attention, what would you want them to know? On hold marketing offers the perfect opportunity to promote your organization, share your mission, and inspire callers to take the next step in supporting your non-profit. In fact, your phone system is a powerful marketing tool for your organization, allowing you to easily update your messaging with the season and highlight upcoming fundraisers and events. Best of all, it’s affordable!
Inform callers of your hours, fundraising goals, donation needs, and how they can get involved.
Build your credibility by sharing information about your experience, corporate partnerships, and organization’s accomplishments in the community.
Reduce the frustration of long hold times by keeping callers engaged with informative content such as your ongoing projects and testimonials from those you’ve served.
Choose voice and music that compliments your mission and organization’s values.
Together with Fischer Animal Rescue, you can make a difference in the life of a dog or cat. Our team is hard at work saving animals from high kill animal shelters and finding them loving homes in the Pueblo area. In addition to adopting, there are many ways you can support our rescue efforts. We are always looking for wonderful fosters for our furry friends as they await their forever homes, and your donations help us provide food and care for more animals. The need is great, but we can do it together! We thank you for holding. Someone will be right with you.
