A: STUDIO Lite Plan - If Free. It give you 100 AI characters annually. You can install your studio created messages to 5 locations in your phone system per year.

A: STUDIO RC MVP PRO - Billed annually: $50/mo for the first 50 Extensions and $15/mo for each additional 50 extensions thereafter.

A: STUDIO Contact Center Plan - Billed annually: $100/mo for the first 50 Extensions and $20/mo for each additional 50 extensions thereafter.

Q: How long does it take to set up STUDIO?

A: Setup takes only a few minutes. We designed STUDIO so that anyone can create broadcast-quality messages with no training.

Q: Can anyone in my organization make updates to our messages??

A: Yes! Simply invite team members to your account and grant them access to STUDIO.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of messages I can create each month?

A: You can create unlimited messages. Each account has a set amount of TTS characters, which you can always replenish.

Q: Can I use Snap Recordings’ professional voiceovers in STUDIO?

Q: Can I use voice clips from another 3rd party vendor?

A: Yes. You can upload any voice clip (pre-recorded message file) for your mixes.

Q: How do I get the messages that I create in STUDIO into my system?

A: RingCentral Office users can use the free Snap Recording integration, which allows you to upload a file to a single extension or to your prompts library. Contact Center users can download their STUDIO messages and then upload the files to your Contact Center.
